Overview
We're looking for a skilled and dependable Building Technician to keep our client's buildings safe, efficient, and operating at their best through preventative maintenance and timely repairs. Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements, building codes, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building automation systems (BAS).
- 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate (asset).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
