Job Summary
Jupiter Health is looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to help support patients and coordinate day-to-day service operations for our online healthcare platform.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. The successful candidate will help manage customer inquiries, support issue resolution, assist with operational workflows, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience across email, phone, and internal support channels.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer and patient inquiries by email and phone
- Supporting escalations and helping resolve service-related issues in a timely, professional manner
- Assisting with day-to-day customer support workflows and operational coordination
- Helping develop and improve support processes, templates, and internal procedures
- Providing guidance, coaching, and support to other team members
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Tracking issues, identifying trends, and helping improve service quality and efficiency
- Supporting administrative and operational tasks as needed
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in customer support, call centre, healthcare, pharmacy, billing, or operations environments
- Previous team lead, supervisor, or coaching experience is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive customer issues with professionalism and care
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a process-improvement mindset
- Comfortable working with online systems, spreadsheets, and customer support tools
- Able to work onsite and collaborate closely with operational teams
