We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment and must be able to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. With strong focus on Safety and Quality, this position requires the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
· Pick and pack customer orders with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all items meet quality and quantity requirements.
· Manage inventory control processes, including regular inventory counts and cycle audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
· Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
· Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading materials and verifying shipments for accuracy.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with Safety standards.
· Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to streamline workflow and optimize distribution processes.
· Perform heavy lifting and material handling as required, up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
· Work efficiently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
· Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and stay current with warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
- Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in order picking, packing, and fulfillment processes.

- Understanding of warehouse distribution practices and materials handling techniques.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to warehouse operations is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- One year of related experience is preferred, though training will be provided to the right candidate.
