Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas
- Use appropriate cleaning techniques and products to ensure sanitation and floor care across various surfaces.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
Experience
- Prior cleaning experience is highly preferred; hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning background is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in residential cleaning techniques
- Experience with sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping roles can be advantageous.
- Knowledge of custodial procedures related to maintaining a safe, clean environment in residential settings.
