We are a locally operated residential painting company that provides high-quality interior and exterior painting services while fostering a positive, supportive, and hands-on work environment. Our crews are small, collaborative, and focused on learning, responsibility, and teamwork.
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our painting crew. No prior painting experience is required—paid training is provided. This position is well-suited for individuals seeking seasonal (May-August), hands-on work where their contributions are noticed and valued.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, washing, masking)
- Paint interior and/or exterior residential homes
- Set up and clean up job sites daily
- Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly
- Work efficiently as part of a small team
- Communicate respectfully with crew members and homeowners
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites is an asset
- Punctual, dependable, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- No prior painting experience required (training provided)
