Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary needs of clients.
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed.
- Provide fine dining experiences by presenting meals attractively and serving them professionally.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills and cooking techniques to enhance meal preparation efficiency.
