Position: Full-Time Restaurant & Bar Server
Location: The Coyote Golf Club — Clubhouse Restaurant
We're looking for a polished, personable server to deliver memorable food and beverage experiences to our members and guests — on the patio, in the dining room, and at the bar.
What You'll Do
- Greet, serve, and look after members and guests across the restaurant, bar, and patio
- Take food and drink orders, make thoughtful recommendations, and deliver with care
- Mix and pour a clean range of cocktails, beer, and wine
- Handle POS transactions, cash-outs, and end-of-shift reconciliation
- Keep service areas spotless and well-stocked
- Support tournaments, member events, and private functions as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of serving experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting
- ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- Food Safe certification an asset
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail basics
- Friendly, professional demeanour with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable on your feet for full shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability — weekends, evenings, and holidays are part of golf season
- Team-first attitude and a genuine interest in hospitality
