Responsibilities
- Perform production and packaging tasks according to established procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Prepare, package, label, and organize finished goods for shipment.
- Operate production equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate counts and records of materials and completed work.
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling as required.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety requirements.
- Support team objectives by meeting daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or assembly is considered an asset.
- Experience working as a Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Machine Operator, Line Operator, Packaging Associate, or General Labourer is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
