Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate cash registers or POS systems
