Job Posting: Security Officer, Saint John, NB
Commissionaires NB&PEI Division is looking to hire responsible team members for Security Officer roles in Saint John, NB.
Hours:
8 to 12 hour rotating shifts, 24/7, with day, evening, night and weekend availability

The Role:
The Security Officer will be responsible to enforce established rules and regulations to ensure the protection of people, property, and information. Assigned duties include a combination of static and roving patrols.
Requirements:
Physically fit to perform interior and exterior rounds (including stairs) - stand, walk or sit for extended periods of time and to respond to emergency situations
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, proactive, problem-solving approach to tasks
Customer service experience
Ability to obtain Security Clearances
Valid class 5 Driver’s License
Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace
The successful candidate must be able to:
Maintain high levels of confidentiality
Demonstrate sound judgement in addressing conflict situations
Respond to emergency situations and help others
