We are seeking a dedicated Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our cleaning team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to client specifications
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages
- Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to scheduling appointments and complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with clients
Requirements
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial settings
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
- Reliable transportation is a plus for timely arrival at job sites
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
