Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Exceptional Beverages:
- Craft a variety of coffee and specialty beverages according to established recipes.
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep the barista station and service areas clean and well-organized.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the Dessert Yard menu, including desserts and beverages.
- Educate customers about our offerings and assist with their selections.
- Operational Support:
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adaptability:
- Handle peak hours and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
