Service Technician – Compressed Air Systems

CFM Air Equipment has been a trusted compressed air solutions provider in Southern Alberta for over 60 years and is the regional representative for Kaeser products.
We are currently hiring an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with strong compensation, benefits, and a steady workload.

What You’ll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair rotary screw and reciprocating compressors
- Service dryers, blowers, and vacuum systems
- Install compressed air piping systems
- Commission new equipment and train customers on proper operation
- Perform air audits and leak detection
- Complete digital work orders, reports, and safety documentation
- Communicate with customers, service team, and sales staff
- Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 5–6 weeks)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience as a service technician or similar
- Compressed air experience or millwright certification is an asset
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Able to lift up to 45 kg
Additional Requirements
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, PDF)
- Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
