Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist and Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage social media scheduling and posting using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community interaction.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to increase organic reach and visibility of content.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to refine strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to integrate social media campaigns with online sales initiatives.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publishing.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative.
Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
