We are currently seeking motivated Blade Processors to work in our MADE SAFE Certified plant.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- A safety-first mindset and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- A positive attitude, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-directed.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and comfort working with numbers.
We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with any of the following:
- Working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Operating forklifts or overhead cranes.
- Reading and understanding blueprints or technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of geometric tolerances (measuring and quality standards).
- Experience working with or around CNC machines and equipment.
Candidates must be flexible to work morning, afternoon and night shifts as successful applicants will be required to work shift work.
We offer a competitive compensation package which includes a comprehensive group benefit plan and an RRSP company matched contribution program. The Selkirk facilities are unionized plants and the base wage after probation is $20.93 per hour.
Please note that qualified candidates will be asked to complete an aptitude test as well as off-site pre-employment testing through a registered facility.
