We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Perform skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and other esthetic procedures with precision and care
- Apply eyelash extensions and other specialized beauty services based on client needs and preferences
- Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations
- Engage in retail sales by promoting skincare products and beauty accessories to clients
- Upsell additional services or packages to enhance client experience and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns and offering personalized solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment areas and equipment
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions
- Handle retail transactions accurately while ensuring a positive client experience
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred; additional certifications are a plus
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product benefits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience working at the front desk or performing administrative duties is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours including weekends or evenings if required
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
