We’re a 60+ seat Japanese whisky cocktail bar that offers some lovely food to pair with the aforementioned whisky and cocktails. Our concept focuses on familial service, local ingredients, and a smooth whisky base for many of our drinks, all set in a warm and elevated atmosphere.
We’re looking for a candidate to join us who wants to learn more about Canadian / Asian food & drink and deeply cares about making memorable experiences for our guests.

Requirements:

Food Handler’s Certificate is an asset

Knowledge about Japanese food is a plus
Responsibilities include…

A full understanding of our offerings, preparing all dishes to proper specifications

Maintaining consistent presentation, flavour and service timing

Following health, safety, hygiene and sanitation practices

Keep kitchen clean, organized and efficient

Work closely with front of house staff and your chefs, ensuring smooth service
