Full-Time Conveyancing Assistant
We are growing our department and are looking for a full-time Conveyancing Assistant to join our team.
This position is for someone who is comfortable working in a busy real estate office and is ready to learn and grow in the role. You will be responsible for coordinating contracts and documents in a timely manner, keeping files organized, and helping the process move smoothly from start to finish. The right person will be detail-oriented, organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
What we are looking for:
- Real estate/conveyancing experience is an asset
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
