Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and skincare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services, including facials, aromatherapy massage, waxing, threading, manicure, and pedicure, while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to help clients look and feel their best in a professional and welcoming environment. The Esthetician will also assist with retail sales and front desk duties, contributing to the overall success of our spa or salon.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, waxing, threading, manicure/pedicure and aromatherapy massage with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare solutions and treatments
- Assist clients with retail product selections and upselling to enhance their experience
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and answering inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage for ongoing skin health
- Foster a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
Requirements
- Esthetics Diploma/certificate
- Experience with facials, manicure/pedicure, aromatherapy massage is highly desirable
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent communication skills to engage clients and explain treatments clearly
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals
- Speaks English fluently
