As a valued member of our team, reporting directly to the Manager, Digital Solutions, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic group of developers, business analysts, and solution architects.

- Develop and support Assembly systems, which include our public website and several large custom-built business applications.
- Work on a diverse set of technology including Microsoft PowerPlatform, Azure, React, Node, PHP, and Drupal.
- Participate on scrum teams using Microsoft DevOps.
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle by:
- Writing code, configuring software, and customizing solutions to meet business needs.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations.
- Analyzing and reviewing business processes and workflow provided by business analysts.
- Understanding business requirements in conjunction with clients and other stakeholders.
- Designing technical solutions while considering standards like accessibility, cybersecurity, efficiency, scalability, and use on a variety of different devices.
- Reviewing software tests, reviewing results of testing and coordinating follow-up.
- Planning and releasing solutions.
- Conducting data transformation and migrations.
- Delivering basic training and user documentation.
- Providing advanced support to end users.
- Maintaining our systems and creating or updating system documentation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Assembly clients.
- Partner with other technologists and designers.
- Engage directly with clients, project stakeholders, management, and executives.
- Work with vendors to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Provide project status updates, ensuring integration of initiatives at a technical level.
- University degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or related field.
- 5 years' experience developing business applications and other information systems.
- Ability to innovate and apply new technical methods and technologies.
- Familiarity with project management, Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
- Knowledge of development tools and languages including Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform, Drupal/PHP and JavaScript, AI.
- Excellent interpersonal and consulting ability, including written and verbal communication skills.
