We are seeking a Project Manager to lead project-based initiatives that help shape the future of our organization.
Reporting to the Director, EPMO, this is an ideal opportunity for experienced Project Managers who can navigate complexity, translate business priorities into action, and build alignment across executives, sponsors, and cross-functional teams. Projects may include transformational enterprise programs, technology implementations, strategic service improvements, regulatory initiatives, and organization-wide change efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead enterprise-level projects and programs from concept through successful delivery

Develop comprehensive project strategies, multi-year roadmaps, budgets, governance, and delivery plans

Navigate competing priorities, risks, change impacts, and cross-functional dependencies with confidence

Partner closely with executives, sponsors, steering committees, vendors, and business leaders

Drive clear decision-making, escalation management, and executive-level communication
-
Integrate change management, adoption planning, and transition readiness into project delivery
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field combined with 3+ years of project management experience.

PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Change management training (PROSCI/ADKAR) is an asset.

Proven success delivering enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and outcomes

Strong governance, risk management, and execution discipline in structured PMO/EPMO environments

Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage effectively from frontline teams to executives

Confidence navigating unclear or evolving circumstances, managing change, and keeping teams aligned under pressure
