Coaching for lifelong impact
You became a personal trainer because you wanted to help people change their lives but perhaps the version of training you’ve experienced so far has felt incomplete.
Maybe you’ve worked in a big-box gym and want more mentorship, more craft, and less sales pressure.
Maybe you’ve coached at at a franchise group fitness studio and want to personalize training beyond the constraints you’ve previously worked within.
Maybe you’re just looking for a community with clear values and great people.
If you care about people and want to master the art and science of coaching, Bang may be the place where your next chapter begins.
About Bang Personal Training
Bang is a small-group personal training studio built around thoughtful coaching, technical skill, and long-term client relationships.
We work with people who want to get stronger, move better, feel more capable, and build a lifelong exercise practice. Our approach is calm, inclusive, evidence-informed, and highly personal.
We are not looking for someone who wants to “crush” people with random workouts. We don’t believe that the missing link is more high-fives.
We are looking for someone who wants to become a great coach.
This role is ideal for a personal trainer with 1–3 years of experience who wants more than just another training job.

- Care more about long-term outcomes than short-term intensity
- Like being part of a team that shares ideas and supports one another

- Clients who value quality coaching

Our coaching philosophy
Bodies change but skill lasts. We believe that training done right helps people become stronger, more capable, and more connected to their bodies – allowing them to expand their options for living meaningfully. That means we value:
