Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reception:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and make outbound inquiries as required.
- Respond to emails professionally.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Office Administration:
- Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail and courier parcels.
- Coordinate printing and preparation of construction drawings and documents.
- Purchase, receive, and maintain office supplies.
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff as required.
- Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and contractors regarding orders and project documents.
Experience and Skills:
- Previous receptionist, customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
