Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Food Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, packaging, and processing of bakery products in a fast-paced food production environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards while supporting efficient production workflows. Pay Rate: $19.20 – $26.20 per hour

Job Duties
- Operate and assist with bakery production machines.
- Mix, bake, package, and inspect bakery products.
- Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Complete other general production tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse work is an asset, but not required.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive work.
