We are currently looking for experienced, reliable, and hospitality-driven individuals who can grow with our team and represent the BEAUCOUP standard of service and quality.
Job Summary
We are looking for Barista who is friendly, reliable, and passionate about customer service, coffee, and pastries. This role involves providing excellent service, preparing drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is professional, responsible, and able to represent the BEAUCOUP brand with care and consistency. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of following company policies, food safety standards, and Time Out Market operational guidelines while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and teamwork.
We value strong communication, accountability, and a positive team culture. While this is a part-time position, it can also be an opportunity to grow with us over time.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders and process payments accurately, LIGHTSPEED pos system
- Prepare coffee, drinks, and serve baked goods
- Maintain knowledge of machine and make espresso drinks and tea
- Keep display cases organized and visually appealing
- Support team members and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle basic cleaning duties (bar, kitchen, dishes, and common areas)
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Qualification
- First aid & CPR certification is and asset
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Barista experience is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Flexible availability.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
