What You'll Do:
- Assemble antennas and sub-assemblies from raw materials and components, following detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of quality.
- Follow work instructions, quality policies and procedures to ensure the product meet our performance.
- Operate safely at all times, strictly adhering to company procedures and safety protocols.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is an asset, but not required - on the job training will be provided!
- Must have some basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to accurately follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to use and measure equipment within .001th (using calipers and gauges).
- Basic mechanical skills (use of wire cutters, wrenches, drills and saws).
- Ability to effectively solder electrical components.
- Successful candidate must qualify for security clearance for controlled goods program including police check.
