Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Partner to help expand our client base across Canada. This is a fully remote contract opportunity open to candidates currently located anywhere in Canada.
The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and confident in building relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting our services, and supporting long-term client partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the Insurance, Real Estate, and Marketing sectors
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, online research, and outreach activities
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients
Sales Presentations
- Present TheHour.co’s virtual assistant services to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and explain service solutions aligned with their business needs
- Communicate service value clearly and professionally
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Support a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
- Maintain ongoing communication to encourage long-term partnerships
Negotiation & Closing
- Assist in discussions related to service agreements and onboarding processes
- Work toward achieving sales and client acquisition goals
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead progress
- Provide regular updates on outreach and client engagement activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Experience working with B2B clients is an asset
- Familiarity with Insurance, Real Estate, or Marketing industries is preferred
