The hourly wage rate for this position is $17.60 . Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of the available food and beverage items as well as other products being sold in their Premium area.
- Ensure to be fully set up and ready to go prior to doors
- Take Food and Beverage orders directly from guests in a timely & friendly manner.
- Manage multiple guest bills and tabs, ensure orders are punched in correctly, payments are processed, and all orders are closed at the end of the event
- Able to upsell when possible
- Maintain health and safety standards in Premium work areas.
- Follow proper inventory management procedures when grabbing product during the shift
- Always exceed guest expectations.
- Establish rapport with guests
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
- Complete proper closing out procedures including inventory, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned
- All other tasks as delegated

- Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
- Helps fellow team members whenever necessary
- Always on time and ready to perform required duties
Physical Demands/ Work Environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
- Frequent periods of standing and walking
- Outdoor venue subject to changing environmental conditions.
- Frequent use of stairs.
- Size of Stadium tends to involve higher physical demands on event days.
- Sensory Attention: this environment is a noisy loud environment on event days.
Language Skills
- English is the working language at this job location. Candidate must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
- French is not mandatory but considered an asset.
Qualifications
- Previous Hospitality experience, or food and beverage experience is considered an asset
- Minimum of 1 year serving experience preferred
- Must be bondable, and pass an employer administered background check.
- Must be able to demonstrate mathematical skills
- Must possess a valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
