Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Puppy Specialist to join our puppy yoga team. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with puppies, enjoy a wellness environment and are passionate about providing exceptional care and training. The Puppy Specialist will play a vital role in nurturing puppies, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their socialization and development in a safe and engaging environment.
Duties
- Set up and take down for puppy yoga classes (cleaning room, setting up puppy area, placing yoga mats)
- Ensuring everyone is following the safety protocols around puppies
- Supervise and handle the puppies throughout each class (cleaning up after the puppies, feeding, etc.)
- Engage with guests while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate with puppy coordinator on puppy placement and flow
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to engage with clients and provide helpful guidance.
- Experience or interest in working with animals, particularly puppies or young dogs.
- Ability to perform lifting safely, including lifting supplies or equipment as needed.
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Social media is a BONUS

Pay: $17.60 per hour
