Compensation:
This is a commission-based position. Compensation is not calculated on an hourly basis; earnings are determined entirely by sales performance and successful enrollments.
We are looking for a Sales Representative who is:
- Interested in after-school tutoring programs and private high school education.
- Passionate about communicating with parents and building strong relationships with families.
- Skilled at identifying students' academic weaknesses and recommending suitable learning solutions.
- Outgoing, personable, and confident in social interactions.
- Patient, responsible, and attentive to the needs of students and parents.
- Goal-oriented and able to achieve monthly performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in education, sales, customer service, or a related field is an assets
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
