Job Summary
I am seeking a reliable Truck Driver to join the team. The driver will be responsible for transporting goods over Newfoundland while ensuring safe and timely deliveries. Pay is 46 cents/mile, with 2 C safety bonus paid quarterly. You will be required to go through Midland's hiring process. As I am a broker for Midland.
Duties
- Safely operate trucks to transport goods
- Pickup and drop-off trailers (pin to pin)
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate driving logs
- Communicate with dispatchers
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class 1)
- 2 years of experience in class 1 driving is required
- Clean driving record and criminal record
- Flexible schedule
- Living near Trans-Canada Highway preferred
