This role goes beyond managing timelines and keeping clients happy. You’re the connective tissue between our clients and our craft, making sure strategy, creative, media, and technology are all pulling in the same direction. You hold the standard high, you see problems before they become fires, and you make the people around you better.
Above all, if you’re calm under pressure, decisive, detail-oriented and solutions-first, you might just be our next Account Director.
About Us
Trampoline is anything but an ordinary marketing communications agency. Our approach is personal, and long-standing partnerships are where we shine. Purpose often trumps profit; we’ve turned down some pretty big jobs that didn’t sit right. We’re based in Halifax, we love what we do, and we’re proud of how we show up for our clients, our community, and each other. We’re rooted in Nova Scotia, but our ambition extends well beyond it.
We believe collaboration creates the most powerful work and the best version of ourselves. Our agency of diverse talents makes for an integrated powerhouse, with strategy, creativity, media, and technology all coming together to connect our clients with their intended audiences.
Our mission is to be a force for positive change in the region. While we’re anchored to Nova Scotia, our mission extends beyond people and place. This positivity inspires us at every level. We’re proud of how we show up: in the office, in our community and beyond.
