About the Role
We're seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Armin's Beauty Affair. The ideal candidate is creative, confident, and committed to delivering exceptional service and personalized hair care to every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to analyze hair and scalp conditions and recommend suitable treatments
- Provide expert cutting, trimming, and shaping services tailored to client preferences
- Perform chemical services including coloring, bleaching, highlighting, and tinting
- Apply hair extensions and style wigs or hairpieces
- Offer beard and mustache shaving and trimming services
- Provide scalp massages and conditioning treatments
- Recommend hairstyles that complement clients' facial features and personal style
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
- Maintain salon cleanliness and organization standards
- Train or supervise apprentices and students as needed
Qualifications
- Valid CANS license required
- Minimum 1 year of professional hairstyling experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye for style and design
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
