Position Overview:
The Branch Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing operational activities across multiple service areas, managing team performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability. This role will work closely with the senior management team to align operational strategies with business goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
This is a permanent full-time position located in Edmonton, AB. This is an on-site position. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors, team leads, and data management staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize workflow and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Monitor project status and provide regular performance reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage production workflows, allocate resources effectively, and resolve operational challenges.
- Oversee project scheduling, capacity planning, and workforce management to maintain optimal staffing levels and service quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs.
- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and confidentiality requirements.
- Develop and maintain procedural documentation and training materials for staff.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in operations, preferably within data management, records management, or a related service industry.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, team leadership, and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with document management systems, data entry processes, or similar operations is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
