Our client is seeking experienced Dozer Operators to support construction and earthworks operations in the Fort McMurray area. This role is ideal for a safety-focused operator with experience working in heavy civil construction, mining, or earthworks environments who takes pride in operating equipment efficiently and contributing to successful project completion.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate dozers for ditching, sloping, ripping, excavation support, and general earthworks.
- Read and interpret grade stakes and site plans as required.
- Complete pre-operational inspections and maintain equipment in safe working condition.
- Follow daily work plans and communicate effectively with supervisors, spotters, and other operators.
- Maintain awareness of ground disturbance requirements and underground utilities.
- Follow all site safety procedures, company policies, and safe work practices.
- Identify and report hazards, equipment concerns, incidents, and near misses.
- Assist with general site duties as required.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of dozer operating experience in heavy civil construction, earthworks, or mining environments.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- CSO certification (required).
- GPS experience (Topcon/Trimble) is considered an asset.
- Ground Disturbance, H2S Alive, and First Aid certifications are considered assets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test.
- Willingness to work a rotational schedule and reside in remote camps in the Fort McMurray area.
- Physically capable of performing assigned duties.
