Orthodontic Supply of Canada Inc., a K-Dental Company, is one of Canada's fastest growing suppliers of premium orthodontic products to orthodontic and dental practices from coast to coast. The office is in Fredericton, New Brunswick and has an immediate opening for a full time Bilingual Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, professional, and respectful customer service to dental practices via phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage daily customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and accurately.
- Process customer orders, including web store orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist customers with merchandise returns, billing inquiries, order tracking, and shipment updates.
- Maintain accurate customer account information within Sage 300 ERP and the company web store.
- Provide administrative and customer support to the Sales Team to help manage a growing customer base.
- Support Large DSO, OSO, and GPO accounts, delivering a high level of service to national and strategic customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while representing the company in a professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the OSC team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in Business, or a Diploma in Dental Assisting or Dental Hygiene (Orthodontic Module is considered an asset).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call centre or high-volume customer service experience is welcomed.
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) is required to support customers across Canada.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and make sound decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Orthodontic or dental industry experience is an asset, but not required.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
