Reporting to the Vice-President, Operations, the Director, Planning & Integration is the strategic architect of our operational engine. This role is responsible for the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all business processes that drive manufacturing including short term scheduling and long term planning. Overseeing a $120M budget, 400+ front-line resources, and 250+ pieces of equipment, the Director ensures that our multi-site operations (Winnipeg and Ottawa) are synchronized, data-driven, and technologically advanced.
The Director acts as a senior advisor to the VP of Operations and Senior Directors, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Logistics and Inventory in Ottawa and Winnipeg, serving as the primary liaison between Operations and Corporate IT, Finance, and Commercial teams for matters related to business processes, planning and systems.
