The Role
We're seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. As one of our founding team members, you'll play a key role in setting the standard for patient care and clinical excellence as we build our patient base and grow in the community. Your experience and input will genuinely shape how we operate — this is a rare opportunity to help grow a clinic rather than simply join an established one.
What You'll Do
- Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Assist with patient education and comfort throughout their visit
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment for new and returning patients
- Contribute ideas as we build clinic workflows and systems from the ground up
What We're Looking For
- Experienced Registered Dental Assistant (required)
- Experience with Open Dental software is ideal, but not required — we're happy to train the right person who is coachable and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
- Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where things are still being built
- A team player who takes pride in contributing to a growing clinic
Compensation & Perks
- $30–$34/hour, based on experience
- Part-time schedule - which can be extended to full-time
