Transform Crane & Equipment is looking for an experienced, motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing quality work, enjoy building custom projects, and want to work in a safety-focused environment with steady, year-round work, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld custom steel components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Perform MIG welding (TIG and Stick experience is an asset).
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble structural and custom fabricated parts.
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, presses, and grinders.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
- Apprentice - Journeyman Welder
- Experience in custom fabrication.
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
- Crane, forklift, or overhead crane experience is considered an asset.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and reliable.
