Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven business developer with experience Sales & Marketing to support ment for Global Panel Corp. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction-related sales, strong marketing skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships with contractors, builders, and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting façade and electrical material markets within assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking efforts in facade and electrical supply.
- Promote company products including Electrical materials and supplies, ACM panels, metal siding, and façade systems (Global Panel Corp)
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase features, benefits, and applications of our façade systems and building materials.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with teams to create targeted campaigns that increase brand visibility and support sales objectives.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, analyze sales data, and forecast future growth opportunities.
- Engage in territory management activities including route planning, market analysis, and competitor assessment to optimize sales efforts.
- Support inside sales efforts through follow-up communications, customer inquiries, and order processing.
- Support marketing initiatives such as LinkedIn outreach and campaigns, Email marketing and lead generation, and participate in trade shows and networking events.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize account value while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the façade or building materials industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage territory sales independently while meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards, specially in facade and electrical.
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to build rapport with clients through exceptional customer service and professional management skills.
- A proactive mindset with enthusiasm for growth opportunities in technology-driven sales environments.

Pay: $37,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
