Position Overview
We are currently building our team and hiring on-call cleaners. Work is assigned based on upcoming projects and client demand. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work and the opportunity to earn flat-rate pay that can increase over time depending on work quality and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential and apartment turnover cleanings
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Follow company cleaning checklists and standards
- Report any issues or damages immediately
Requirements
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical work during extended periods of standing
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Must be dependable and punctual
