Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Injector to join our aesthetic and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide safe, effective, and personalized injection treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures. This role requires a professional with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty. The Nurse Injector will work closely with clients to understand their goals, deliver treatments with precision, and ensure a positive experience from consultation to post-treatment care.
Duties
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments in accordance with medical standards and client expectations
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment during procedures
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare instructions, and potential results
- Build rapport with clients through exceptional guest services and professional communication skills
- Assist in product demonstrations and upselling skincare products or additional services to enhance client satisfaction and clinic revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, answering client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products and beauty treatments aligned with client needs
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, and hospitality standards to provide comprehensive service
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards for cosmetic procedures
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to maximize client engagement
- Ability to perform front desk duties efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Familiarity with body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling is a plus for cross-service opportunities
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest services in a hospitality or medical spa setting
- Effective interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with diverse clientele
- Attention to detail in administering injections accurately and safely
- Ability to educate clients on treatment options confidently while managing expectations
