Position Overview
We're looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping businesses find solutions that improve their workplace.
This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on developing new business while assisting with existing customer accounts. You'll introduce prospects to our complete range of office coffee and water filtration solutions while working closely with our operations and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct workplace assessments and recommend customized coffee and water solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and equipment recommendations
- Manage their sales process from initial contact through closing and implementation
- Follow up on leads promptly and consistently
- Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Collaborate with customer service, operations, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors
- Represent Canada Coffee professionally at customer meetings and industry events
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in office coffee, food service, hospitality, workplace products, or related industries is considered an asset
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
- Proficiency with computers, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM software, and other web-based business applications.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
