We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lead manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing leads, financial operations, developing strategies to build a financial business managing leads. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial management practices. The Finance Manager will work closely with various departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Duties
- Develop and manage leads offering products delivered to our customers doors.
- Efficiently manage leads and following up with prospective clients.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage cash handling processes to ensure efficient and secure transactions.
- Support customer service initiatives by providing financial insights that enhance client relations.
- Implement effective time management practices to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
