Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. The Tutor will work closely with students to identify their needs, develop tailored lesson plans, and create an engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in subjects such as Chemistry, Physics, or other Science areas.
- Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to tailor instructional strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with students’ individual learning styles and curriculum requirements.
- Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill-building exercises.
- Utilize technology and computer skills to enhance learning experiences.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere to motivate students and build their confidence.
- Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their development.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs or different learning styles. Assess students’ strengths and areas for improvement to tailor instructional strategies accordingly.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
