Rite-Way Fencing is Canada’s largest fencing company, with 15 branches in 4 provinces. Currently, we are seeking a branch manager for our Kamloops location.
The Kamloops branch is an important hub for commercial and industrial fence projects in central & northern BC, and this role requires extensive experience in the fence industry and in management. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least five years’ experience in the fence industry.
- Extensive experience managing fence crews.
- Experience managing crews working on industrial job sites.
- Knowledge of government bidding and contract management requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Customer service experience, as you will be required to deal with high level clients from time to time.
- Project management skills.
- A team player who connects well with people at every level of the organization.
This is a high-level role in a fast-paced environment. As a leading industrial and commercial contractor who is also COR certified, we require a person who is adaptable, methodical and dedicated. You should be safety conscious, able to lead and inspire a team, and negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
