Position Summary
The Receptionist supports daily office operations by managing front desk activities, coordinating communications, assisting with logistics and documentation, and providing administrative support to multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide customer support and coordinate communication with internal departments when required.
- Assist with shipment coordination, courier communication, and related documentation.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper reception procedures are followed.
- Support office administration including mail handling, record keeping, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and follow-up activities for operational requirements.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate logs and administrative records.
- Provide administrative assistance to production and management teams as needed.
- Ensure the reception and office areas are organized and professionally maintained.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks and other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
- Office and production facility environment.
- Full-time position with standard business hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
