Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring a positive and efficient service environment where everyone feels valued.

Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, managing seating arrangements and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Build strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring every visit is enjoyable and memorable.

Train and develop team members, helping them excel in their roles and encouraging professional growth.

Collaborate with management to create and execute promotional events that enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies, in collaboration with the General Manager, to improve guest satisfaction and team productivity.
What You Bring to the Table

Leadership Experience: 1-2+ years in a front-of-house leadership role in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
