Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager of Member Services leads the team responsible for member support, the SRA MLS® System, listing services, and the tools REALTORS® across Saskatchewan count on every day.
The role oversees day-to-day member support operations, drives enhancements to the MLS® System, and works with vendors and partners to bring new tools and services to members. You'll lead a small team, manage projects, and work closely with other parts of the organization to keep things moving.

ABOUT THE SRA
The Association provides leadership and services that support over 1,800 REALTORS® in Saskatchewan through technology, learning, and advocacy. The Association is also the expert voice invested in bringing insight to public policy makers on matters that affect growth, housing, real estate, and the creation of wealth in our communities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
- Lead and support the Member Services team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and member excellence culture
- Provide day-to-day direction to the team as it relates to member support, MLS® operations, listing compliance, and data-related functions
- Support individual and team growth and development through coaching, mentorship, and career engagement
- Foster strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and developing solutions that improve the member experience
- Support organizational improvement efforts by improving documentation, communication, and internal coordination
- Maintain proactive upward communication with the COO on project status, risks, and operational priorities.
MLS® Operations
- Lead the operational coordination of the SRA MLS® system, including but not limited to listing services, data compliance, and forms.
- Drive the successful implementation of MLS® enhancements and continuous improvement, including new tools and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, technology partners, and organized real estate partners to ensure effective delivery.
Member Services
- Oversee member services operations, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and professional.
- Identify friction points in the member experience and improve processes to address them.
- Champion continuous improvement across all member-facing operations.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, computer science, operations, leadership, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience leading teams and coordinating operational or member-facing services
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to improve processes and drive execution
- Experience working in real estate, MLS®, member associations, or service-oriented environments is considered an asset
