We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Startup Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business activities and help coordinate projects with suppliers, partners, and clients internationally.

Responsibilities
- Assist with communication between suppliers, manufacturers, and clients
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and bookings
- Help organize product demonstrations and events
- Support product launch activities and marketing coordination
- Maintain organized records and operational documents
- Assist with travel coordination and logistics
- Help manage timelines for product development projects
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in technology, product development, startups, or marketing
- Experience with social media or content coordination is a plus
- Mandarin/Chinese language skills are considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and professionally
Position Details
- Part-time: 6 hours/day
- Starting at CAD $18/hour
- 3-month probation period
- Opportunity for full-time position and growth within the company
